We strive to provide Occupational Therapy (OT) to groups who would not normally benefit from input.

Over 100 years old and a registered allied health profession, Occupational Therapy involves the use of assessment and intervention to develop, recover, or maintain the meaningful activities (occupations) of everyday life.

In short, we help with doing, being, becoming and belonging

Here are just a few examples of groups of people we can work with.

  • Mild – moderate mental health problems
  • The neurodiverse
  • Older people to enable healthy and proactive ageing
  • ‘Role emerging’ client groups – such as unpaid carers, widows(ers), young mums, veterans, criminal justice leavers and care leavers
